How to Request Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your account using the mobile app or website.
  2. Navigate to Settings and select Account Management.
  3. Click on Request Account Deletion and follow the on-screen instructions.
  4. You may be required to verify your identity via email or phone number.
  5. Once confirmed, your request will be processed, and you will receive a confirmation email.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account?

When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed from our servers:

✅ Deleted Data:

  1. Personal profile details (name, email, phone number).
  2. Booking history and past transactions.
  3. Uploaded media (photos, videos, or documents).
  4. Any other user-generated content.

🚫 Data That May Be Retained:

  • Certain transaction records may be kept for legal, tax, or security reasons (e.g., payment history).
  • Anonymized or aggregated data that does not identify you may be retained for analytical purposes.

⏳ Retention Period:

If applicable, retained data will be stored securely for up to [X months/years], after which it will be permanently erased.
